Typical installation and commissioning services include:

  • Pre-delivery site audit and preparation of transport and off-loading plans.
  • Review of special site and technical conditions
  • Preparation and review of safety documentation including transport& lift plans and safe work method statements
  • Implementation of agreed work schedule and time-line
  • Pre-start meetings held every day on site, including a review of the day’s tasks and identification & management of hazards and risks
  • Assembly including high quality fine vacuum management and fluid processing
  • Testing and functional checks to confirm factory test results and the transformer’s condition following transport and assembly. Specialist testing includes SFRA, PDC/FDS, dew-point, DLA of windings & bushings and comprehensive testing of current transformers
  • Practical completion site audit with the customer’s representative
